SMOKE TESTS + SURVEY UPDATES

hi everyone thank you for your patience ! we have been going back and forth with backerkit to make sure our surveys are all good to go and they are finally approved ! so what does that mean for you ?
the first thing we will be doing is sending out a "smoke test" . this means that about 5 percent of our backers (approximately 30 of you) will receive your surveys today via email. the purpose of the smoke test is to make sure that there are no issues or bugs that we missed ! so if you receive your survey and have any problems, please message us so we can look into it !
if all goes well and no issues pop up, we will send the remaining surveys within the next couple of days . at this point anyone who messaged us needing their pledges or surveys edited should get in touch so we can take care of that !
we would also like to quickly go over the surveys and how to fill them out properly so we can minimize any issues or confusion so please make sure to read below:
-first: you will be prompted by the survey to select the pins that were part of your tier. for instance if you had the three premium pin tier, you will have three questions each where you will pick from a list of premium pins.
-after you've selected all of your items you will be taken to the "add-on" page where you can purchase additional items using remaining credit or through stripe. be sure to check on the side of the page for your receipt and make sure everything looks correct. if you have undecided pins on your receipt, you will select those AFTER the add ons page. the add-ons page is only for items that were not originally a part of your backer rewards.
-if a backer adds on enough pins to make them eligible for bonus items that were available in the campaign, we will manually add those to your order when you are finished.
-if you have any undecided pins as an add on, you will then be taken to another questionnaire where you will select which pins you want for those rewards.
-follow the remaining instructions through backerkit to complete your survey!
lastly, we still have a handful of errored pledges, please be sure to check your payment information, your order will be dropped by next week if it doesn't go through, and you will miss out on any bonus items or discounts you may have been eligible for !

thank you everyone we are so blown away, we were able to reach all our goals and even surpass our last kickstarter, this year is going to be full of big steps for the artists of alumeire in pursuing our dreams. we are hoping that jay will be able to move to be nearby pocket so that we can combine our storefronts and work more closely together on collaborative projects. pocket is also hoping to finally be able to leave their day job behind and pursue art full time. the past year has been difficult as our dreams were put on hold due to the pandemic, but seeing what a hit this collection has been gives us hope and the financial stability to ease the burden for these big changes, thank you so so much it really means a lot to us and makes a big difference in our lives to have your support 🖤
now we have just a few things to go over now that the campaign has ended so please stick around for that !
first thing's first, for current backers: you should have been charged today for your pledge, please make sure that it's gone through and if not, make sure to fix your payment details. kickstarter will automatically drop your pledge after a week with a declined payment and you will lose out on your rewards and any bonus items you were eligible for ! if you're having any trouble please message us so we can try to help !
we have completed prepping the surveys and they are ready to go, however, we have to wait for a few things on backerkits end, so don't worry that you haven't received yours yet ! we are hoping to send out a small test batch of surveys in about a week or less, and after we make sure there are no issues, we will send out the remainder ! at that time you will be able to select your pins through the survey and purchase any additional add ons you would like. we'll send out another update when the surveys go out detailing any information you need to know in regards to them !
we also have a pre-order store for anyone who was not able to pledge, while you won't be eligible for any of the freebies from LUNA MARINA, you can still pick up any pins or add on items you missed ! This storefront will only be open temporarily while the pins are in production and will be the last chance for a while (if ever) to get the collection in one place ! if you are backer please do not purchase through the preorder store and use your survey instead for any additional items in your order.
lastly, once the surveys are closed if you wish to make any changes to your order please message us so we can help thank you ! and thank you again everyone we are just so excited, the samples are already in production so we hope to have pictures of those in the next month or so !
MANUFACTUERER EDITS

hi everyone! we have finalized our designs with the manufacturer JUST in time ! below is a (sloppy) graphic detailing the changes on each pin, most are minor color changes or small edits. if a pin is not listed below then there are no changes necessary to the design at this time ! we may update some after we have the samples in person to make sure they are just right !
the most major change is seaglass, as the manu told us they could do the ball pin and then later told us they did not have that piece, we have edited the design to have a little knot mini pin up top to let the moon dangle from. many of the stained glass pins also had to have the lines thickened around where the stained glass is as well ! this is our first time making stained glass pins so please bare with us !
color changes are common as when making pins as we have to work with pantone colors, and often manufacturers don't have all the colors unfortunately.
we hope everyone is still excited for these designs and we're glad we were able to get these out to you guys before the campaign ended, please let us know if you have any questions !!
ALL PINS UNLOCKED + NEW REWARD TIER

hi everyone ! we have unlocked the final four pins thanks to all of your support !
with that the full collection is available and can be officially added to your pledge via the "add ons" page ! we have also made a new tier called "LUNA MARINA COLLECTION" which will include every single pin in the collection !
we are currently working with our manufacturer and ordering the samples. a few minor edits have been made to some pins (mostly small color adjustments) once those edits are finalized we will post another update to let everyone know what to expect ! thank you as always for your support we are just floored with the response this collection has gotten !
ADD ON CONFUSION - PLEASE READ

hi everyone ! it was just brought to our attention that some of the descriptions that say which items an add on includes are incorrect, this was a mistake on our side and we will be sure to make the surveys properly select what items you chose. however, we ask that everyone double check their pledges to be sure everything checks out.
please select your add ons based on the TITLE of the item and not the description. For instance, sashimi is a standard pin, the price is correct, but it says it includes "one small pin". you will receive the item in the title, NOT the small pin in this case.
to be extra sure we have included the add on key below to check the size and price of all the pins:
we would also like to reiterate that the description for the sticker add on is also incorrect and the add on is for the holographic bioluminescence sticker by jaizure (seen above), NOT the clear cosmic traveler sticker by pocket, which is an early bird exclusive item.
to be candid for a moment, while alumeire is very experienced in running kickstarters, this is my (pocket's) first time putting together the kickstarter side of things in order to allow jaizure to focus on the shipping and production. jaizure has been almost single-handedly doing most of the work in managing these projects and i wanted to make things easier on her, i'm so sorry and embarrassed for all the little mistakes and we really appreciate everyones patience and understanding. if you have any questions please send us a message, and if this happens to cause any issues with the surveys we will find a way to make it work. thank you again everyone you are so appreciated 🖤
